Thanks for sharing this! As more engineering organizations adopt AI, I've been curious to see practically where it's helped or hasn't. Something I'm curious about that I didn't spot in the report is how much were engineers trained to using AI effectively for their work. It feels like with less training would dampen the potential boosts a bit.
